ORDERS AND DELIVERY

Orders placed through the Organic Village website are subject to our acceptance. Free delivery refers only to orders despatched to mainland UK destinations. Please contact us if you require delivery to a non-mainland UK or overseas address, or if you wish us to use a special mode of delivery.

Wherever possible, we will despatch your order within 5 business days, but please allow up to 14 days should products be temporarily out of stock. We will contact you if we are unable to despatch your order within 15 days.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

• Provide details of the reason for the return and your original order number. If the reason for the return is a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.
• Package the item securely in its original packaging.
• Send the package
• We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return. This may take up to 3 weeks.

Claims for Loss or Damage

We take care with our packaging to ensure that your order arrives in good condition. In the event of any missing or damaged goods, please contact us, by telephone or in writing within three days of delivery.

If any product reaches you in less than perfect condition, please call us to arrange a replacement and return of the product.

Privacy

We will not sell or give or otherwise share your details with any third party for any other purpose, unless required to do so by force of law.

We do not store any credit card details or similar sensitive information at www.organicvillage.org. All transactions are processed by Paypal, who use bank-approved software and the highest level of encryption to ensure that your credit card details are kept secure at all times.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments via Paypal on this site. Please ensure that all details are clearly typed. You should allow 3 days for clearance before the products will be despatched to you.
