Orders are processed within 24 hours and every effort is made to dispatch within 48 hours. Most orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 days), for orders over 2.5kg, overnight courier for UK delivery.
Please note that two attempts will be made to re-deliver all ANC/Fedex/DHL sent packages and after that they will be kept at a local depot for 5 days for collection. We do advise customers to please provide a delivery address where all packages can be received as once orders have been returned to us a re-delivery charge of £4.95 will be incurred.
Returns Policy
If your order does not live up to expectations or you are unhappy for whatever reason please return the items to us (UNUSED, IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING) within 28 days - and the full cost of the order minus delivery will be refunded.
Returns of unwanted items will incur a £2.00 restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days.
If we have sent you the wrong item or if the item is broken or faulty on receipt, Organic Village will cover the cost of returning the item(s) to us up to a maximum of £5
